Niko was my first Borzoi and my first show dog. He was line bred Kishniga and I was very fortunate to acquire him from Leslie Gomez of Falkenar kennels.
His sire, Saxon was ranked in the top 5 Borzoi for 1991. Niko was my best friend and a wonderful show dog. Unfortunately, he left this world shortly after finishing his championship. It was he that inspired me to continue with this wonderful breed.
